David has a pet (pet = animal de compagnie). It's a rabbit, named Tom. He (It) has got a brown and white fur. He (It) is so cute and so greedy as well (Il est si mignon et si gourmand aussi.He(It) loves eating carrots but hates (doesn't like) drinking water. During the day, he (it) runs round its cage and also watches TV (Pendant la journée, il court autour de sa cage et aussi regarde la TV)
ou / During the day he (it) runs round his cage while I'm watching TV. (Pendant la journée il court autour de sa cage pendant que je regarde la TV).

Pour les animaux, en général on ne dit pas "he" mais "it". 
Exception est faite pour les animaux de compagnie (pets)
si  ta prof t'a appris "it" alors remplace tous les "he" par "it". Je les ai mis entre ( )
